Axcel CarboFlax Acclaim Aero 500 is perfect for recurve and compound bows. The Axcel CarboFlax Acclaim 500 Stabilizer is one of the stiffest bars on the market in 0.500″ diameter! It has equal stiffness to our .650″ bar to handle extra heavy weight for compound shooters, yet has a slimmer diameter for better wind resistance for compound and recurve shooters alike!!! Acclaim 500 stabilizers feature a new Carbon Fiber Twill finish with engraved end caps highlighting brand and model names. They are available in lengths of 24″, 27″, 30″, and 33″ and in side bar lengths of 10″, 12″, and 15″. Each CarboFlax Acclaim 500 Stabilizer comes with one 2 oz 1″ diameter weight and one 1 oz 1″ diameter weight, Kryptós Arc Vibration Damper.

When the AXCEL Stabilizer Design Team decided to make our first stabilizer, they bought over $30,000 of vibration testing equipment and spent over a year testing every bar and every vibration dampener in the industry. One of the most important innovations they brought to stabilizers was adding plant-based Flax materials to Ultra High Modulus Carbon. creating a patented Bio Composite Hybrid bar that was stronger and stiffer than normal carbon bars with better dampening properties! This bio-composite had already been used by sporting goods manufacturers to make tennis rackets, bike frames, skis, and boards for its dampening properties with less weight. But it has also been used to reduce weight in planes, trains, boats, and automobiles. Flax composites result in stronger, lighter, and better products. Their natural damping enhances product feel by absorbing higher frequency vibrations and offers up to 3x the vibration damping of glass and up to 20% more than carbon!
